Job Applications
MESA's policy on hiring can be summed up as "following interviews in line with the company's needs and current staff situation, choosing the candidate whose aptitudes best suit the position applied for." Applications are made online via kariyer.net on the company website. First-time applicants are required to work up a CV while submitting a user name and password. Those who have previously applied or are currently members of Kariyer.Net can enter their user name and password prior to answering the company notice announced under Positions Open.
In line with the company hiring policy, when there are positions open generally an assessment is made of the candidate data base and preliminary eliminations conducted. Candidates felt to be suitable for the position in question are invited to an interview, after which they are informed of the result, whether positive or negative.
To keep the candidate data base up to date and effective, applications made by fax, mail or e-mail are not taken into consideration. Those made to our website are monitored only by MESA Human Resources, and all applications are kept strictly confidential.
