MESA has joined forces with NUROL in Poland to become the principal shareholders of EURO POWER CENTRUM-EPC, a company founded for investment in the TEXTILE AND READY WEAR WHOLESALERS CENTER known as 'MAXIMUS'. The project occupies a 111-hectare lot owned by EPC and situated 17 km from the heart of Warsaw. 'Maxımus' takes up 23 hectares, with the rest of the lot to be developed as market conditions dictate.
Construction started March 2004, the first two halls (A-B) being completed in January 2005 as 400 workplaces opened for bussiness. The remaining two blocks (C-D) were finished in May 2005.
- This stage consists of four halls (A-B-C-D) each measuring 23,000 square meters. The halls are connected by pedestrian bridges which boast fast food cafeterias and bars.
- In each hall there are 140 shops with areas ranging from 68 to 322 square meters.
- The halls are equipped with air conditioning and fire systems.
- There is a car park for 2,400 vehicles, built for rapid loading and unloading.
