The firm of EUROMAX was founded in 2006 for the purpose of real estate development.

Euromax owns a 310,000 sq.m. plot of land in the Nadarzyn area 17 km from the center of Warsaw. On this property it is developing a 2,500-home project. The sole shareholder in the firm of Euromax is Europower Centrum, a company in which the partners are MESA and NUROL.
