Following a long period of preparation, MESA actively enters the tourism sector in 1989, creating tranquil resorts, setting light to the sector.

A 771-bed resort in Mugla Sarigerme and a 1101-bed resort in Antalya Belek has been developed in 1989 and 1995 consecutively and run under Iberotel brand.

MESA currently provides hospitality services in the Tasucu district of Mersin, with the Pinepark Holiday Village.
