Private Health Insurance: For staff who so desire, private group health insurance is available at the company. For employees who wish to benefit from this offer, the company pays 70% of the annual premium.
Transportation Service: A shuttle is provided to bring employees to and from work.
Meal Service: Lunch is provided for staff.
Working Hours: 45 hours per week.
Annual Leave: Leave is given as stipulated in law number 4857.
Special Leave: All employees benefit from the right to a yearly 3 days of leave for special circumstances.
3 working days for marriage, 2 working days for the marriage of a child;
2 working days if a spouse gives birth;
3 working days in case of the death of a mother, father, sibling, spouse or child.
MESA provides its staff with Individual Accident Insurance.
For staff who have been employed for at least two years, MESA secures advantages on the purchase of homes built by the company.
Other Social Aid
In the circumstances listed below, aid is provided each year in a manner and amount determined by the Board of Directors:
The marriage of an employee;
When a child is delivered by an employee or his wife;
To an employee or his/her legal heirs in case he/she, the spouse or a child dies;
In case of the death of an employee who has worked at least 10 years, once a year to his/her children who are in school.
