MESA Investment Group

MESA's first interests in real estate investment were in 1970 into residential development projects. 

In 1978 investments into industrial facilities were initiated.  By 1987, hospitality projects around Turkey's Mediterranean region materialized.  In 1993, investment into retail projects, Capitol - the first shopping mall of Istanbul's Anatolian side, was made.  With MESA Hospital, healthcare investments were launched under International Finance Corporations' (I.F.C) financing in 1998. MESA starts investing into emerging markets in 2004 with residential and retail projects in Poland and Latvia.  

Today, with 40 years of experience, MESA acts as an Institutional Investor investing in real estate with MESA Real Estate Investment Trust (R.E.I.T) and MESA International Investment Corporation.
