Mesa Caspian LLC is a joint venture formed by Mesa Housing Industries Inc. and Caspian Group Ltd. in 2006 in the city of Alma Ata, Kazakhstan. With the basic aim of real estate development, its initial project is the MC PLAZA office and shopping center in the heart of Alma Ata, with an indoor area of 85,000 sq.m. and a value of US$ 200 million. This project is currently in the construction phase.
