MESA Gulf Contracting LLC was established in Abu Dhabi in March 2007 with starting capital of 150,000 Dhs. The purpose in founding the company is to research, develop and execute construction contracting and investment abroad, particularly in the gulf region. Established in 2007 in conjunction with Six Construct Ltd., a Besix Group company, with each partner having 50% of the shares, the joint venture was founded with the name SIME JV.
