Founded in 2008, Mesa International Inc. includes three foreign participants, shares being owned by

- Euro Power (Poland)
- Latmes (Latvia) and
- MESA Kurylys (Kazakhstan)

Europower, our investment company in Poland, originally included shopping center and housing projects. The shopping center investment was realized, and after a period of operation sold, but work continues on the housing project.

Latmes is our investment company in Latvia, and its Panorama Plaza project is in progress, consisting of four residential towers and a shopping center.

MESA Kurylys, our investment and contracting partner in Kazakhstan, currently is moving forward on contracting for the construction of a shopping and business center with an area of 80,000 sq.m.
