MESA HOUSING INDUSTRIES INC was established in 1969. Totally changing the way mass housing in particular was built in this country, MESA introduced an approach that considers people and buildings together with their surroundings, and over time has broken other new ground to become a name brand in housing. In the course of time MESA has expanded and diversified its activities to become a group of companies operating in a wide range of fields, from construction and industry to health, tourism and the service sector. In Turkey and abroad, it constructs large-scale housing developments, plus all sorts of buildings with their related technical and social facilities as well as infrastructure. In order to accomplish this in the most reliable fashion, the group companies on the one hand carry out planning, design and every aspect and phase of construction, while on the other hand they manufacture building components, especially tunnel formwork but also including every type of steel formwork, joinery and prefabricated element. Boasting the always high MESA quality, these products not only meet the needs of the group, but with their proven competitiveness are also sought after in Turkish and foreign markets.

MESA delivers its buildings to their owners accompanied by the special MESA guarantee. And with its Customer Services Unit it resolves any problems which might arise during use, thus bringing a new dimension to the concept of service. Having accomplished such firsts as the Customer Services Unit, the Housing Development Service and Maintenance Companies, and the Tunnel Formwork technology which it introduced to the Turkish mass housing industry, MESA today once again shines thanks to the investments it is making in the health sector.
